Exceptions to this are personalised items which have been engraved with your chosen text, and earrings which are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (unless originally faulty).

Items should be returned unworn, in their original packaging along with the order number, name of the person who placed the order and your contact details. We recommend that you use the Royal Mail Signed For service as we cannot be held responsible for items which fail to reach us. We are unable to refund the cost of return postage.
