How long will delivery take?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 days, however at busy periods this may take a little longer.
Orders within the UK are sent by Royal Mail’s first class Signed For service, which usually takes 1-2 working days. Please note a signature is required on delivery.

What if I need my order urgently?
For urgent UK orders we offer an Express Next Day or Express Saturday Guaranteed service. (See below for further delivery information and pricing). Express orders which are received before 1.00pm will be dispatched the same day, orders received after this time will be dispatched on the next working day. Please note that a signature is required for these deliveries.

How will my order be sent?
Orders within the UK are sent by Royal Mail’s first class Signed For service, which costs £2.25 or is free for orders over £30. If a signature cannot be obtained, a card will be left and delivery can be re-arranged or the item can be collected from the local sorting office where it will be held for 7 days before being returned to us.
For urgent UK orders we offer an Express Next Day service which costs £6.00. Please note that this service only applies to working days (Mon – Fri) and delivery on Saturdays is not guaranteed. The cost for the Express Saturday Guaranteed service is £9.50.

How will my items be packaged?
Jewellery items will be gift-wrapped in white tissue in our exclusive Highland Angel white boxes, and hand tied with organza ribbon. Pearl necklaces will be wrapped in white tissue and placed in an organza bag, along with a vintage-style velvet rose. All items within your order will be wrapped separately, unless otherwise requested, and where there is more than one item we’ll label the boxes so that you know what’s inside if appropriate.

Can you send my order direct to the gift recipient?
Yes, if required we can hand write a gift card and send your order direct to the recipient, free of charge. If you would like this service please make a note in the comments box telling us your gift message.
