Delivery

Earrings, bracelets and small necklaces are sent in a white highland angel gift box, tied with organza ribbon. Larger pieces are wrapped in tissue and tied with organza ribbon and put into a highland angel gift bag.

We aim to post orders out on the next working day, however if it isn't possible to send your order within 7 working days we will contact you to let you know the expected despatch date.  

Within the U.K. delivery is free. *If you live in the UK please use the default setting of United Kingdom when adding your address regardless of where you are - don't select Highlands and Islands or Shetland etc. as the system will then charge extra for postage! Parcels within the U.K are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, and a signature is required. For countries in the European Union, parcels are sent by Airsure at a cost of £5.00 for orders below £50 and free on orders of £50 or above.

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to get in touch. We're happy to make alterations to suit your exact requirements so if for example you would like a different type of clasp, or a slightly longer or shorter length, just let us know.

Payment

We can accept payment on line through Paypal's secure payment system. It isn't necessary to have a Paypal account to use this system, just click on the Paypal logo on the checkout page end enter your own credit card details. Alternatively, you can telephone us to place your order and pay by cheque or credit card.

Returns

We hope you will be delighted with your purchases but if you need to return an item please contact us before sending it to say what you are returning and why. Items should be returned within 14 days, unworn and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless they are faulty. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.

Please note that, in compliance with the UK's Health & Hygiene regualtions, we cannot accept the return of earrings unless they were originally faulty.
